CHALLENGE

The Red Cross is calling for a medium- to long-term strategy against unwanted loneliness. Its aim is to prevent the institutionalisation of people in this situation by encouraging and promoting community-based care.

PROPOSAL

We identify the communication needs of the project and develop a content and message plan structured in three phases to be developed over a period of 18 months. An audiovisual launch is carried out accompanied by events and offline actions in the territories where the project is underway. The project is currently in its first sentence.
