Year 2050. Despite the crises and climate denialism, some regions have opted for sustainability. La Manga del Mar Menor has managed to survive and become a self-sufficient and happy community, irritating those who see the end of the world as a business. Macy, an influencer and daughter of a tycoon, arrives with the mission of discrediting it, but discovers a society where anxiety does not dominate and technology does not dictate life. Soon she must choose between her old world or this unexpected refuge. We want to create the first non-dystopian futuristic fiction series, set after 2050, where the world has improved in surprising ways. While most futuristic narratives portray apocalyptic, dehumanized and technology-dominated scenarios, this series presents an alternative vision: a future where humanity has found a different, realistic and hopeful path. It is not a paradise, but a world in which cooperation, sustainability and trust have allowed remarkable progress.
